I try to keep this page up to date and to provide all publications in a .pdf format for easy access. If there is no link, and you cannot seem to access a publication, please email me and I will provide it at my earliest convenience.

Regarding software code: I believe that providing free and easy access to software code used for analyses is critical for public health researchers like me, especially because it forces us to strive for clarity and accuracy in our own work (if I can't reproduce my analyses, how can I expect someone else to do it?!). Of course, I came to this decision after some of my work was published, so you won't find everything here. That said, if you are interested in software code for any specific publication, and it is not here, please feel free to contact me and I will provide the best I've got!
